Memory and skills: review materials
Companions to An assistant's memory needs a source and Teach the procedure, not the whole conversation. Draft material, not approved for publication.

These are text exercises. There are no executable scripts, API examples, live-service experiments or dependencies to install. Metadata and text checks do not establish that a model follows the procedure. No private memories were used as examples.
Start with the paper worksheet or paste the skill into a disposable chat for one task only. Keep tests synthetic. Read the evaluation cases before trying the agent so the expected result does not drift toward whatever it produces.
If you later want the skill available on demand, ask Hermes to create it from the exact supplied content through its skill manager in your active profile. Review any pending write before approving it. Start a fresh session and ask to load support-brief; verify the loaded content. Installing it into a live profile is optional and was not performed for this package.

For real audits, keep filled worksheets private. Source identifiers and snippets may expose other people's data. A correction requires approval of its exact scope; deleting a source conversation is not proof that every derived memory disappeared.
